Q: Do I need to register for WINTER Bowling on FamilyID prior to the first practice?

A: Yes. You will not be allowed to participate until you have PAID and been approved on FamilyID. Cut off to register and be eligible for first practice is, Thursday OCTOBER 26th .

Q: When does registration open on FamilyID for the Bowling season?

A: Registration opens OCTOBER 1ST.

Q: If I already registered for a Summer or Fall Program on FamilyID, do I need to register again for the Bowling season?

A: Yes. Summer & Fall registration is different & doesn’t count as registration for WINTER season.

Q: How do I register for Bowling on FamilyID?

A: A parent/guardian can register by using this link: https://www.familyid.com/walla-walla-high-school

Please note→ If you have signed up for a sport since spring of 2015, use the email and password you have already set up, and use the drop down list in the participant section- your information will fill-in for you. Just update numbers, etc., and sign agreements- then push submit on the second page.

Q. Is there a fee for WINTER Sports?

A. Yes, a per-sport fee of $30 is due. There is also a $10 bowling equipment fee that needs to be paid. Finally, you must also pay for your ASB membership, $10, if you have not already done so this school year. Payment may be made at intouch.wwps.org or in person at the ASB office. Your registration will not be approved until payment is complete.

Q. Is there a pre-season meeting where I can meet the coach and learn more?

A. We will have an informational meeting on October 11th after 6th and 7th period as well as on October 18th after 6th period in P3 for those who are interested and wanting information. Please be there as we will be ordering shirts and we will need your size to get that done. We also will be looking

Q: When is the first practice for the Bowling season?

A: Monday, October 30 from 3:30 PM until 5:30 PM.

Q: Where is the first practice for the Bowling season?

A: All practices take place at Bowlaway Lanes. 411 Ash street

Q: Is transportation from the high school to Bowlaway lanes provided?

A: No, transportation is only provided to out-of-town contests, bowling participants will need to arrange for their own transportation to/from practice and home contests.

Q: What do I need to bring to the first day of practice?

A: If you have bowling ball or shoes please bring them but if you don’t, we will provide you with some to use.

Q: What do I wear to the first day of practice?

A: Comfortable pants and a comfortable shirt.

Q: When are tryouts for the Bowling season?

A: If you turn out, you will be on the team. Varsity and JV will be determined during practice.
