COVID Update

As many of you know the WIAA extended the start of seasons to Feb 1. There also are no indoor practices allowed except swimming. They have extended the open practice season til mid January. We hope indoor practices can resume mid December.

We all know this is a difficult time as we deal with this pandemic. We all have different ideas on how to deal with it as well. One of the ideas we try to teach is to control what we can control. Much like a game we have no control of the other team, officials and sometimes our teammates, we can control ourselves. How are you dealing with this time? Who are you lookng to for support and who are you supporting? Please find the support you need to withstand this time. Call on your teammates to see if tehy are doing well. Call on your teammates if you need support. Call your coaches. You might even call you Athletic Director for support or to support him. My number is on this website. Please call if I can help encourage you.

Out of Season Update

We are presently in what is referred to as an open coaching period.

Although not all sports can participate in in-person training, coaches may provide instruction virtually. This may be giving a workout to do, showing information through a zoom or even an old fashioned phone call.

The Athletic Department is asking for interested athletes to sign up through Family ID (instructions below). This will give us your information, so the coaches may contact you to share about their specific sport. You may also find specific information to Richland teams by clicking the above sport.

Due to COVID 19, the seasons have been shifted to later in the year by the WIAA. Below is the current calendar schedule for each season, sports offered, and coaches to contact for more information.

The dates established would be used only if we have reached a level of safety to start seasons.
